Partner Pedestal

Here we continued to explore fabrication methods through a new lens, or creating a pedestal to hold our rocks. Here we used laser cutters, 3d printers, cnc milling, and concrete casting to create connections between two rocks previously scanned using the artec scanner. The concept was to carve out a rectangle and create the illusion each rock is slipping by each other, with the digitalized versions almost becoming their ghosts in the other position options.
